Braised Tenderloin

Braised Tenderloin
1 pork tenderloin, about 1 ½ to 2 pounds.
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup dry white wine
 
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place tenderloin in an aluminum foil wrap, add garlic, rosemary and wine. Crimp foil to seal.
