Ingredients:

¼ c. rice vinegar
2 Tbs. lite soy sauce
1 Tbs. sugar or sugar substitute
Dash of hot pepper sauce
4 scallions, chopped
1 pkg. (16oz.) coleslaw mix
½ c. grated carrots
½ c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar sesame oil & hot pepper sauce.  Whisk to combine.
  2. 2.Add scallions, carrots, green pepper, coleslaw mix. Stir to combine well.
  3. 3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Makes 6 servings.
