Baked Carrot Casserole

BAKED CARROT CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

2 pounds carrots, shredded

1/2 cup green onion, chopped

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup celery sliced

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/3 cup 1% milk

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients.

2.  Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.

3.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Serves 6
