BAKED RADISHES

Ingredients:

1 pound radishes, sliced

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

1.  Steam radishes 5 minutes.

2.  Drain.  Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender.

Serves 4
