BRAISED KALE WITH WALNUTS
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 cups kale, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add kale, cook 5 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8 minutes until tender.
5. Add walnuts until heated.
