BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CORNBREAD
Ingredients:
2 – 8.5 ounce cornbread mix OR 1 – 17 ounce package
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry onion, minced
1 teaspoon dry garlic, minced
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream, fat free
1 – 10 ounce package of frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Mix together cornbread mix and sugar.
- Add rest of ingredients and stir just until blended.
- Pour batter into a 9” x 13” baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven, 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
