BRUSSEL SPROUTS W/BACON HORSERADISH CREAM
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, halved
4 pieces of crisp, cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Place sprouts in 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Steam until tender, 6-8 minutes. Drain.
2. Mix bacon, sour cream, horseradish and pepper in a bowl.
3. Add sprouts and toss to coat.
Serves 6
