Carrot Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked white rice
½ cup grated carrots
1½ cups milk
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup raisins.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- cook over low heat uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
