Carrot Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked white rice
½ cup grated carrots
1½ cups milk
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup raisins.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. cook over low heat uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cool and serve.

Makes 6 servings.
