Cheesy Cabbage

CHEESY CABBAGE

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped

6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, reduced fat and shredded

Directions:

1.  Sauté cabbage in skillet sprayed with cooking spray.  Cook until almost softened.

2.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.  Toss with cheese and bacon.

Serves 6, 3/4 cup servings
