Cheesy Spinach Wrap
Ingredients:
4 low fat flour tortillas
2 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon low calorie Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons almonds
Directions:
- Toss together spinach, cheese, and almonds.
- Sprinkle with dressing and toss again.
- Divide onto each of 4 tortillas and roll each.
- Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Heat on both sides until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
