Ingredients

1 egg

1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

1 16-oz. can creamed corn

1 package Corn Muffin Mix

1 cup low fat (or non-fat) sour cream

¼ cup soft margarine

¼ cup oil

2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Beat egg in large bowl.
  2. Melt margarine.
  3. Mix in corn, and muffin mix.
  4. Stir in melted margarine, sour cream, and sugar.
  5. Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350º until done (30 – 40 minutes).
