Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 egg
1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 16-oz. can creamed corn
1 package Corn Muffin Mix
1 cup low fat (or non-fat) sour cream
¼ cup soft margarine
¼ cup oil
2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
- Beat egg in large bowl.
- Melt margarine.
- Mix in corn, and muffin mix.
- Stir in melted margarine, sour cream, and sugar.
- Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350º until done (30 – 40 minutes).
