Cranberry Turkey

CRANBERRY TURKEY

Ingredients:

25 ounce cranberry sauce, whole

8 ounce ranch salad dressing, fat free

3 tablespoons onion soup dip and recipe mix, dry

1 turkey breast, without skin

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place turkey breast in lightly greased baking dish.

2.  Combine cranberry sauce, dressing and dry soup mix and mix well.  Pour over turkey.

3.  Cover loosely and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 6

Try this holiday variation.

Chicken can be substituted for turkey.  Great with a whole chicken or chicken breasts, too.
