1 musk melon or cantaloupe, quartered

½ cup honey

1 large sprig mint

Mince mint and mix with honey. Microwave or heat over stove until honey pours easily and flavors are infused.

Place melon on grill and cook until surface is lightly caramelized, then turn and repeat process. Brush melon with minted honey.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
