GREEN APPLE SALSA
Ingredients:
3 green apples with skin on
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Finely chop onion, jalapeno and cilantro.
2. Add apples.
3. Stir in lime juice, salt and sugar.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
