Herbed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

4 cups Brussels sprouts

8 oz. medium mushrooms

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

3 tablespoons sweet red bell pepper, chopped

¼ teaspoon tarragon

¼ teaspoon margarine

¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Trim and wash Brussels sprouts and mushrooms.
  2. Steam sprouts in 1” water until almost tender (about 10 minutes).
  3. Place in 9 x 13” pan.
  4. Top with mushrooms and red peppers.
  5. Combine rest of ingredients.
  6. Drizzle over pan.
  7. Bake 350º for 15 – 20 minutes.
