JAVA RUB LONDON BROIL
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound beef, london broil
1/2 cup instant coffee, powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon course salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except meat and rub into both sides of meat.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
3. Remove meat from refrigerator and let stand 30 minutes before cooking.
4. Grill to desired doneness.
