Maple Glazed Ham & Peppers Recipe

MAPLE GLAZED HAM AND PEPPERS

Ingredients:

1/2 green pepper, chunks

1/2 yellow pepper, chunks

1/3 pound ham steak, cubed

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 tablespoon pineapple juice

Directions:

1.  Spray skillet with cooking spray.

2.  Sauté peppers in skillet until almost tender.

3.  Add rest of ingredients and cook until peppers are tender and ham and pineapple are hot.

4.  Serve over rice.
