Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground beef

2 eggs

½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

¼ cup grated Romano cheese

2 tablespoons parsley flakes

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350º.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Form meat into balls and bake on sprayed cookie sheet for 30 – 40 minutes, depending on size of meatballs.
  4. Turn half way through with tongs or a spatula.
  5. Makes 10 servings.
