Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
2 eggs
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray
Directions:
- Set oven to 350º.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form meat into balls and bake on sprayed cookie sheet for 30 – 40 minutes, depending on size of meatballs.
- Turn half way through with tongs or a spatula.
- Makes 10 servings.
