PEAR CHEESE QUESADILLAS
Ingredients:
4 each flour tortilla 6.5”
2 ounce mozzarella part skim, gorgonzola or brie, thinly sliced
1/2 fresh pear, thinly sliced
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Layer cheese and pear slices on each of 2 tortillas.
2. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Top with second tortillas.
3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Place the tortillas in skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3 minutes on each side.
4. Cut into 4 triangles. Serve immediately.
