Spinach Potatoes

SPINACH POTATOES

Ingredients:

6 potatoes with skins

2 teaspoon chives, chopped

1/2 cup sour cream, fat free

3 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, light, shredded

1/2 teaspoon dill weed, dried

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained.

Directions:

1.  Mash all ingredients together except spinach.

2.  Stir in spinach.

3.  Place in greased casserole and bake 25 minutes,

uncovered at 350 degrees.

Serves 6-7, 1/2 cup servings.
