Tangy Cauliflower

TANGY CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower

1/2 cup mayonnaise, lite

1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon horseradish

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, light, shredded.

Directions:

1.  Place cauliflower in microwave-safe dish and add 1 tablespoon water.  Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.

2.  Combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish.

3.  Spread over head of cooked cauliflower.

4.  Sprinkle with cheese.

5.  Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
