TANGY PORK, PEPPERS & APPLES
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, center cut, boneless
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 apple, cored and cut into 4 rings
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 green peppers, cut into rings
1/2 cup water
4 onion rings
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add pork chops and shake to coat.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and brown on both sides.
3. Top each chop with sliced apple ring, pepper ring, and onion ring.
4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and Worcestershire.
5. Add water into skillet. Cover. Simmer and cook until done and liquid is reduced.
