Thai Cabbage Noodles

Thai Cabbage Noodles

Ingredients:

8 ounces spaghetti
4 cups chopped cabbage
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup water
¼ cup vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon ginger

Directions:

  1. Cook and drain spaghetti.
  2. Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and cabbage in medium saucepan, and cook on medium-high heat.  Stir until it boils.
  3. Reduce heat, add cabbage, and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir spaghetti into cabbage mixture.

Makes 8 servings.
