Zucchini Spears Italienne
Ingredients:
3 medium baby zucchini squash, green or yellow
¼ cup Italian salad dressing, fat free
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
- Cut zucchini into strips.
- Marinate in salad dressing 2 – 3 hours.
- Heat in skillet until crisp – tender.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm or cold.
